Protocol Guide

Left-Click — Decrypt a file. If it's safe, it reveals how many trackers are nearby. Blank squares auto-cascade.
Hold to Flag — Press and hold a tile (~0.5s) to deploy a proxy and mark a suspected tracker. Hold again to remove it. On desktop, right-click also works.
Numbers — A proximity alert. The number tells you exactly how many trackers are hidden in the 8 surrounding squares.
Whistleblower — A contact on the inside may occasionally offer to reveal a tracker's location. Choose wisely.
Progress — The download bar fills as you decrypt files. At each milestone, a testimony unlocks. Reveal all 20 to publish the exposé.

About This Game

This interactive experience draws on documented reports about conditions inside U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facilities, including accounts of overcrowding, inadequate medical care, deaths in custody, and suppression of protests.

ICE detention reached a record 68,289 detained individuals in 2025. Reports from the ACLU, Human Rights Watch, and government oversight bodies have documented systemic issues within the system.
